posted 5 Sept 2017, 07:46 by Laura Brennan

All of us at Garrycaslte want to say a massive congratulations to Jennifer Byrne who has been crowned Rose of Tralee 2017

Jenny is a past player with us in Garrycaslte and represented her Ballinahown and Co. Offaly in the Rose of Tralee festival this year. We are all so proud of Jenny and all she has achieved and are proud to have her connected to our fantastic club. She has been a role model on and off the pitch, academically and in every sense to all of our members and community.

Have a look at some of the photos and wonderful memories some of our club members now have of Jenny's homecoming to Ballinahowan last week. Well done again to the beautiful Garrycastle Rose!

Congratulations and Best Wishes to our county representatives this July
